In achieving it’s goals, the Children’s Foundation largely relies on volunteers. More than 50 volunteers of the Children’s foundation in Tartu and Tallinn are the people that, who think of, and execute different activites to collect donations, or to attract attention to important subjects, doing it all out of their good will and free time, recieving no money for their work. We are deeply grateful to them!

You can read about what the volunteers of the Children’s Foundation do exactly HERE (in Estonian).

Who do we expect to be a volunteer? The characteristics of that person are:

  • Desire to help and do good
  • Readiness to introduce the Children’s Foundation and to collect donations in different events
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Cheerfulness
  • Being caring
  • Conscientiousness
  • Flexibility
  • Activity

What do we offer the volunteers?

  • A good feeling from the aiding of sick children
  • Experience in teamwork
  • Opportunity to evolve inside our organization
  • A nice and caring company
  • New experiences and contacts
  • Challenges and the ability to challenge yourself
  • Guidance and support in the execution of agreed and foundation-related activites
  • Tools to execute agreed activites if needed
